With five years of hands-on experience owning and operating restaurants, Danielle understands the relentless pace and high stakes of professional kitchen life. This insider knowledge shapes her approach to food journalism, recipe development, and restaurant critiques, offering a perspective that’s both nuanced and unfiltered.
Passionate about exposing the raw truths of the industry, she finds the greatest joy in amplifying the voices of those who dedicate their lives to it.
